Only in Montana (probably, we're guessing) would a house include a "commercial party barn" as an amenity. This place, listed for $2.795 million, was formerly used as an inn, which makes sense. And while the house, though large, is nothing to write home about, the party barn certainly is. "Dear Ma," you could write. "This place has a barn with a saloon (bar), dance hall (stage), what appears to be a prison cell, and a trough (of indeterminate purpose). It's pretty wild."
