Massachusetts 'Gingerbread House' Asks $2 Million

New, 1 comment

Unfortunately, it's not made out of real gingerbread

The Santarella estate in the Berkshires consists of four houses, one of which is known as the Gingerbread House despite the fact that it is just made out of normal house stuff like wood. It does, however, along with its three siblings, have a certain storybook quality to which the name is referring. So if you have $2 million and want to host some weddings (which is what the estate is primarily used for) or trick some lost children into your oven (just one possible alternate use) then take a look at the listing.
