This Washington House Is Definitely Architecturally Unique, as Advertised

It may have been the personal residence of a noted Seattle houseboat architect

This little three-bedroom in Washington state was designed by James Jessup, the architect of many delightfully modern homes in the Seattle area (including multiple houseboats). The current owner, who has listed it for $449,000, thinks that Jessup may have built it is his personal residence, as he is listed as a previous owner and the plans say it was designed for him.
