Street art is a medium where it is probably difficult to gauge how well you are doing relative to your peers. That's where street artist Andy Leeks comes in—the self-appointed street art arbiter has been going around London plaster big gold stars on his favorite pieces and writing "Well Done!" underneath. Finally, the validation that street artists have been so desperately seeking has arrived.
