Bicycles Based on Peoples' Terrible Drawings Don't Look That Bad

New, 1 comment

People can't draw bikes, but they also might be geniuses?

We know that the point of this experiment by Italian designer Gianluca Gimini is to show that people can't draw functional bikes. But to be honest, apart from the fact that very few of them could actually be ridden, a lot of the bikes that Gimini has digitally rendered using peoples' terrible drawings as blueprints actually look pretty cool. And also: if people can figure out how to ride unicycles, they can probably figure out how to ride these things. A few tweaks and who knows—you could have a hit bike on your hands.

Okay, not that last one. But the rest of them, sure.
