In today's modern, fast-paced world, some of us have time to knit a hat and some of us have time to sit in a rocking chair, but few of us have the time to do both. That's where the Rocking Knit chair from designers Damien Ludi and Colin Peillex comes in. Ludi and Peillex, students at ECAL University of Art and Design, created the chair to (as the name suggests) use the sitter's rocking motion to knit a hat. Presumably, the sitter would then have to close up the top him- or herself, but maybe they can desig another chair to do that part.
