This tower design from French architect David Tajchman for Tel Aviv is visually exciting, but also one of those rendering sets that makes you think, well, good thing they're not actually going to build that. For one thing, you've got the automated car park, which is free of any kind of safety barriers and just looks like a very unsettling place to leave your car. And then there are the apartments themselves, in which the kitchen and swimming pool occupy the same room, which is very nice to look at but seems like it could potentially be somewhat unsanitary? Good thing we don't actually have to think about it too much.
