The self-proclaimed "smallest house in the world" really stretches the limits of what can be considered a house, but it definitely has the "small" thing nailed down. And if you consider a house to be a box that you could theoretically sleep in if you are small person, then it's one of those too. The house was created by Boston artist Jeff Smith, who observed, not incorrectly, that "it seems that the goal here [in the Tiny House movement] is to build the smallest house." His creation is listed on Airbnb for $55 per night.
