Buy an Entire Australian Town For $750,000

The town comes with a handful of tenants and crawfish pond

An entire 16-home town in Queensland, Australia is on the market for $750,000 (which comes out to $46,875 per home). In addition to the homes, the town, Allies Creek, offers three saw mills, street lights, streets, a Telstra depot, a schoolhouse, a dam stocked with crawfish, and existing tenants in half the homes. The price is also down from $2.1 million when the town was first listed last year.
