↑ New York, NY (2 beds, 1 bath)—Down in the Sunset Park/Greenwood Heights part of Brooklyn—which is a a bit out of the way but becoming a prime destination on its own—$2,000/month can get you a 600-square-foot two-bedroom redone in a mostly all-white look. There are new bathroom fixtures and tiling, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, ashwood floors, plus access to an addition 125 square feet of storage.

↑ Atlanta, GA (3 beds, 2 baths)—How cute is this 1,020-square-foot bungalow in East Atlanta, with new windows, floors, appliances, water heater, and barn doors in the master bedroom (guess the owners got the memo about lucrative design features.) The 0.4-acre lot includes fantastic gardens on both the front and back.

↑ San Francisco, CA (Studio, 1 bath)—We wish these photos were taken in daylight, but alas: this is a not-too-tiny studio at 400 square feet, housed in a 1917 building the in centrally-located Lower Nob Hill. The place has been totally redone to include new dark wood floors, quartz counters, gas range, and refrigerator.
