Once Ikea released its indoor gardening kit, it seemed like a foregone conclusion that others were soon to follow. And sure enough, here is the delightfully named Foop from Japan. Like Ikea's kit, Foop allows plants to be ground hydroponically (with no soil) from a single seed. And going a step further than Ikea, Foop connects to an app that tells you when your plants need water and notifies you when they're done growing. Also, it's called Foop.
