This Moscow office tower got a head start on Halloween this year when Samsung embarked on a presumably very, very expensive mission to cover the whole thing in a 3,200-square-meter (around 34,445-square-foot) LED screen in order to make the building look like the world's biggest cell phone, for the purposes of advertising. It's effective, we suppose—the building/phone can be seen from over a mile away—but it's still not our favorite giant phone building, falling short to the Xing Yao Mobile Phone Plaza in China:
