Phil's Realtor Pride on 'Modern Family' Is Brought to You by the National Association of Realtors

In case you were wondering what Wednesday's speech was all about

Phil Dunphy, the Modern Family character played by Ty Burrell, delivered an impassioned speech during Wednesday's episode about being a Realtor (as opposed to a real estate agent), a speech that was reportedly the product of a brand partnership between the show and the National Association of Realtors. "Phil is so into being a Realtor that he knows the distinction between being a Realtor and a real-estate agent," clarified Modern Family co-creator Christopher Lloyd, which is quite a lot of passion indeed.
