This Maryland mansion is just too much

New, 1 comment

Take it easy, this mansion

This five-bedroom mansion in Stevenson, Maryland just went on the market for $5.9 million, and it is a lot. "Too spectacular for words," the listing reads. "To try would exhaust the space available before even leaving the foyer." To put it simply, this house is just too much. Look at it:

Sheesh. That is too much foyer. The listing was right. Where do you even start with this foyer? Let’s just move on.

Here we have when we’re going to call the "back foyer," nearly identical to the front foyer except the floors are white and we have substituted couches for chandeliers.

Fourteen-person dining table. Sure.

What do you even do with two kitchen tables? Twenty-seven people could simultaneously sit and eat at either a dining room or kitchen table in this house...

...while six more drank at the bar. Too much.

Still too much.

Too much bathroom.

Far too much basement rec room.

Well, actually a full basketball court would have been nice.
