A couple weeks ago, the Washington Post ran an article about a vacation home in Virginia that incorporated a converted grain silo into its design. Additional searches reveal silo houses from February of last year and November, 2013. And now this converted barn/silo in Chatham, New York has hit the market for $2.9 million, all of which leads up to ask the question: "So, are silo houses...a thing now?" And then answer that question: "Yeah, maybe." So stay tuned for more silo houses, unless there aren’t any more, in which case don’t.
