This is probably the most boat-themed house ever

Insofar as it is actually a boat

If being an actual boat doesn’t make a house the most boat-themed house ever, well then we don’t know what does. This home, aptly named "The Boat House" (or, also aptly, but not quite as on the nose, "Pleasant Point"), located in Coos Bay, Oregon, is essentially a 1980s party palace.

Completed in 1979 for "Hollywood Ladies" Edna Skinner, who was known most prominently for her role as Kay Addison in the TV series "Mister Ed," and Jean Fish, a model and photographer, the home was the site of many parties including an annual open house that is apparently very fondly remember in the Coos Bay community.

Looking around, it’s not hard to see why. The extremely unique home, which appears to be something like 70 percent wet bar, is now on the market with an asking price of $1.1 million.
