Groundbreakers: Call for submissions

Nominations are now closed.

The Curbed Groundbreakers award, now in its second year, recognizes architects, both seasoned and new, who are changing the way the built world functions. From the 20-year veteran radicalizing affordable housing to the new graduate building off-the-grid tiny houses for the homeless, we're on the hunt for architects challenging the status quo—and we need your help.

Nominations are now closed for Groundbreakers 2016. A jury of esteemed industry professionals, including Deborah Berke, Peter Marx, and Vishaan Chakrabarti, will now select the winners, and we'll celebrate them here on Curbed in mid-November. Stay tuned!
