The renovation on the five-bedroom, 2,775-square-foot classic in Covington, Kentucky took close to two years, and every surface of the the house, which boasts 12 rooms in all, was "stripped, refinished, repaired, and repainted, except for the original faux-painted woodwork, doors, and pocket doors." Other features include stained glass windows, hardwood floors, multiple fireplaces, tiled bathrooms, a handsome central staircase, and plenty of character.

It’s asking $299,900, which may leave a little extra for further restoration. Have a look below. This home could be your next passion project.
