The private island is an excellent home base for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, or just staring out over blue waters secure in the knowledge that you’re far from mainland troubles. The boat ride from and to Placencia Village on the mainland is included in the booking.

The main house has a master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Two cabanas can provide additional sleeping areas, and the island comfortably sleeps six.

The home is powered by solar and wind generators, and has a phone line and “very good and reliable” WiFi. The home is also outfitted to collect and filter rainwater, though drinking water is separately stocked.
