Here’s your chance to live like one of the world’s most famous actresses, in a fashionable summer home on an island, no less. It’s the vacation villa of Hollywood icon Greta Garbo—whose Manhattan apartment recently sold for $2.5 million above asking—and it’s now on the market on Ingarö, in Stockholm County.

Built in 1929, the 283-square-meter (just over 3,000 square feet) Villa Garbo has most likely undergone changes since then, but the elegance of the space, which no doubt drew the star to the waterfront property, remains.

There are seven bedrooms and expansive common rooms, while hardwood floors, high ceilings, bay windows, glass doors, and French balconies, to name a few details, are found throughout the bright interiors. Awaiting outside is a large terrace that offers a picturesque perch from which to take in views of the Baltic Sea.

In addition to the yellow wood-framed main house are several outbuildings, including a garage and a brewing facility, as well as two docks. The golf course is also next door. Though the price isn’t listed, our guess is that it will cost a pretty penny. Serious buyers can inquire here.
