Location: San Antonio, Texas

Price: $399,000

What essentially is a midcentury time capsule is on the market in the Oak Glen park neighborhood of San Antonio, Texas. The rambling single-story home was built in 1966 and appears to have remained in pristine condition (or updated and maintained to be that way) since then, popcorn ceiling, wall-to-wall carpeting, and terrazzo floors included.

Flat-roofed with deep overhangs, the 3,397-square-footer features a pale brick facade trimmed in bright blue. The brick shows up in sections inside, where a flowing floorplan illuminated by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders boasts multiple common areas like a large living room with fireplace and a wall of glass overlooking the pool outside, formal dining, and the huge period eat-in kitchen with original cabinetry and built-ins.

As for bedrooms, there are four—one with built-ins to be used as an office and two with sliding glass doors for direct access to the backyard—plus five baths, including the master, which boasts a picture window and an incredible marble-style sunken tub.

Besides the aforementioned pool out back are a lawn and a brick patio. Located at 1411 Grey Oak Drive, it’s offered at $399,000.
