Location: Gig Harbor, Washington

Price: $1,899,000

Maybe it’s all the water, or perhaps you can credit the old-growth trees everywhere, but there’s something magical about the Pacific Northwest. Take this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home in Washington, for example.

Located on Henderson Bay with top-notch sunsets, the black and charcoal-trimmed house boasts a series of outdoor spaces that would make any homeowner swoon. Views of the water abound from all of the interior spaces, including the home’s two master suites. And we can’t decide which outdoor space we would want to relax on first: The outdoor dining table for six, the larger table (with couches!) under the pergola, or the more casual fire pit area.

Inside, the 3,591-square-foot home is a bright and airy space full of on-trend luxuries. Which makes sense because the 1974 contemporary was remodeled and upgraded to be HGTV’s Dream Home in 2018. The main floor boasts an open kitchen with large island, a dramatic chandelier and cozy gas fireplace, and dining room. Throw in the fanciest—or maybe it’s just extra clean?—two car garage we’ve ever seen and we’re sure this is someone’s west coast dream.
