Ikea is releasing a rainbow version of its iconic shopping bag for Pride Month

Get ready to see it everywhere

Over the years, Ikea’s ubiquitous blue shopping bag has undergone plenty of reinterpretations—some mind-bogglingly expensive, others merely clever and covetable.

Another bold update is arriving just in time for Pride Month. Ikea will soon offer a rainbow version of the plastic bag called Kvanting. The Swedish retailer partnered with the Human Rights Campaign Foundation to create the bag, which will be available in stores for $3.99 for a limited time. All of the proceeds will go to HRCF’s educational programs for LGBTQ+ youth and families.

The new bag has the same boxy shape and plastic-y sheen as the Frakta—only instead of Ikea’s signature blue hue, rainbow stripes wrap around the bag and connect to cheery yellow handles.

In a time when companies vie for demonstrating the most creative show of support during Pride Month, Ikea’s Kvanting bag will not only show allegiance to the LGBTQ+ community, but also make laundry day a whole lot brighter.

The bags go on sale June 1.
