Ten Cape & Islands Teardowns, Asking $250K to $4.5M

View as Map

The Cape and Islands aren't known for being as teardown happy as some communities (see: The Hamptons), but that doesn't mean this is a bulldozer-free zone. A house that's one gust shy of falling into Cape Cod Bay, looking like it belongs on an A&E reality show or was built during the Micro-Housing 1.0 movement (small cottages for big families, circa 1930-1970) could potentially have a date with the wrecking ball. Here are ten Cape & Islands teardowns, asking $250K to $4.5M. Would you love them or level them? Let us know in the comments!
