First listed in October 2011 asking $6.75M, a December 2012 pricechop brought the listing down 33% to $4.5M.

The property first hit the market in 2008 asking $1.795M and (finally) met with the pricechopper in July 2012 when it was sliced down to $1.5M. Listed as a "project property," this 3BD, 3BA on 1.23 acres has been completely gutted. "The home could be demolished or it can be rehabbed." The property was foreclosed in August and hit the market in September for $749,500. The listing went off the market in December only to re-debut in February with a $10K priceupper. It's now asking $759,500.
