12 Cape & Islands Flips on the Market Right Now

View as Map

The other day when we were combing though the listings in search of fixer-uppers, we couldn't help but notice a number of newly shingled abodes with fresh paint on the walls and granite countertops in the kitchens. The properties had all sold in 2012 or 2013 and were back on the market, post-renovation, with much higher price tags. Most of the listings had something else besides brand new stainless steel appliances in common - pricechops. In fact, the chopper visits some of these spreads every other week! Those certainly sound like flips to us. Here's map of 12 Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket "NEW! NEW! NEW!" and "completely transformed!" properties, asking $179,900 to $2,450,000, on the market right now.
