Cape Cod's 10 Least Expensive Waterfront Listings, August '13
Located on Fawcett's Pond, this 640 sq. ft. 2BR, 1BA sits on .37 acres. Built in 1959, the property features a deck and a fireplace. Asking price is $187,900.
Knotty pine lovers, rejoice! This 500 sq. ft. 2BD, 1BA "quintessential Cape Cod waterfront cottage" on Minister's Pond is yours for $200K.
A stone's throw away, this Eastham condo was on our March map with the same $209K asking price. The 2BR, 1BA overlooking Minister Pond is being sold furnished.
Another one from our last map, this Contemporary Cape on Cataquin Pond is still asking $219,900. Built in 1994, the 1,463 sq. ft. 2BD, 2BA is on .32 acres.
"Abutting the Pocasset River Conservation and Pond Front," this 2,016 sq. ft. 3BD, 2BA is a short sale in need of TLC.
Directly on East Sandwich Beach and across from Scorton Creek, this 400 sq. ft 2BR, 1BA cottage condo features an outdoor shower plus an additional sleeping loft.
This three-season condo with a beach and dock on Town Cove was on our map back in March. The PriceChopper has sliced $10K from the ask, now $225K, for the 369 sq. ft. 1BD, 1BA.

Does "virtually waterfront" count? Close enough. This 980 sq. ft. 2BD, 1BA cottage is located across the street from John's Pond. The place hit the market in June for $275K and is now down to $265K.
The listing photo with leaves and snow is a give-away that this property was on our last map. Back then, the 1,260 sq. ft. 3BD, 2BA on Jabinette's Pond was asking $319,000. It's now offered for a "minimum offer price" of $265,000.
