Cape Cod's Least Expensive Beachfront Listings, August '13

View as Map
| 55 Pond Road, Truro via Kinlin Grover Real Estate

Last week, we put together a map of Cape Cod's least expensive waterfront listings. The mostly pond front properties were all asking below $265,000. Relative bargains, but not the beachy version of Cape Cod some Curbed commenters had in mind. Thus, we dug deep into the listings (the local brokerbabble's favorite word is "beach") for single-family waterfront properties not on ponds, lakes, rivers, inlets, harbors, cranberry bogs, marshes or canals. Needless to say, asking prices for a sea breeze are significantly higher than those overlooking freshwater, ranging from $400K to $2.9M. Here are the least expensive beachfront listings from each of Cape Cod's 15 towns (mostly) on Nantucket Sound, Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
