Outdoors Week continues today with a round-up of the best places to swim across the Curbediverse. Since the many rather lovely saltwater and freshwater options from the Cape Cod Canal to the edge of the continent seem rather obvious, we thought we'd put together a handy guide to Cape Cod's most awesome outdoor hotel pools - from Sandwich to Provincetown, open to the public or for guests-only, in the shape of a Pilgrim hat (really), in a garden or on the sand (perfect for the noncommittal), for the aspiring Ironman and/or lounge chair lizard, and more - with a little something for everyone.

Dive Into Cape Cod's Most Awesome Outdoor Hotel Pools

The Dan'l Webster Inn & Spa
Located in the center of the oldest town on Cape Cod, this Sandwich inn has offered lodging for over 300 years. Obviously, the Dan'l Webster's seasonal outdoor pool isn't that old, but it is surrounded by gardens and a gazebo. Plus, it's open to inn and spa guests.
Sea Crest Beach Hotel
During the Sea Crest's recent renovation both the indoor and outdoor pools were converted to saline. If that's not enough salt, there's always Old Silver Beach just across the sand.
Cape Codder Resort & Spa
The Cape Codder Resort includes a year-round outdoor pool. Of course, there's also an awesome indoor wave pool with 2' waves, 80' & 50' water slides, waterfalls, 24-person whirlpool & dancing water fountains. Daily admission passes are available.
Blue Water Resort
This family-friendly oceanfront resort is set on a private, sandy beach overlooking Nantucket Sound. Thus, the beautiful outdoor pool features some sweet views.
Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club
The Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club has six pools that can be used by both guests and participants in their Member Sports Club.
Wequassett Resort and Golf Club
The numbers speak for themselves: Two pools (including a lap pool for adults with two Olympic size lanes), twenty-two historic buildings, 120 guest rooms and suites, four restaurants, two beaches, four Har Tru tennis courts, 18 holes of golf, and one pirate ship playground all in one Harwich resort.
Chatham Bars Inn
The iconic Chatham Bars Inn has been in operation since 1914 (Happy 100th!). The luxury resort sits on 25 acres on a bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and everyone from "From water babies to Olympic wannabes" will enjoy the oceanfront heated pool.
The Boatslip Resort
The Boatslip Resort, an iconic gay and lesbian destination, features a heated outdoor pool and sundeck overlooking Provincetown Harbor. Open to the public.
The Crown and Anchor
The Crown & Anchor has six unique gay bars including one poolside. There's a heated pool, chaise lounge rentals & seasonal grille, all open to the public.
Provincetown Inn
The Provincetown Inn boasts the town's largest outdoor waterfront pool - in the shape of a Pilgrim hat, no less. The pool, beach and Pilgrim Pool Bar & Grill are open to the public.
