As this week's Curbed's feature explains, the Dome home phenomenon captured the imagination of many Americans in the '60s and '70s, whether it was due to the inspiration of the back-to-the-land ethos, the philosophy of dome godfather Buckminster Fuller, utopian impulses, or a combination of all three. While some may consider the dome home nostalgic, plenty of these unique, energy-efficient structures still stand, and many are still built around the country. Curbed curated a list of geodesic dwellings on the market from across the country. Far from a complete list, it offers a varied (let's say multi-faceted) look at the market for these eccentric dwellings.
