Whether you think of them as starter homes, downsizing, rightsizing, or the epitome of New England thriftiness, there's certainly no shortage of Cape Cod listings that could check all of those boxes. With the 2012 median sale price for a single family home at $322,750, we thought we'd round down a bit for our Barnstable County (a.k.a. Cape Cod) starter home price. We dug deep into the listings and mapped 20 homes that range from $212,500-299,900, year-round to seasonal, move-in-ready to money pits, from Buzzards Bay to Provincetown.
