With the 2012 median sale price for a single family home at $322,750, we thought we'd round down a bit for our Barnstable County (a.k.a. Cape Cod) starter home price. We dug deep into the listings and mapped 20 homes that range from $212,500-299,900, year-round to seasonal, move-in-ready to money pits, from Buzzards Bay to Provincetown.

An estate sale, this 2BD, 1BA is the least expensive single-family in one of the Cape's priciest zip codes (2012 median single family home price was $550K).
