We last checked in with the Cape & Islands micro home market in February, mapping listings up to 500 square feet. We've decided that's just too much space and to limit our latest micro home map to listings under 400 square feet. These diminutive cottages, condos and cottage condos are asking $88,000 to $490,000. Too much for too little? You be the judge.
