We last checked in with the Cape & Islands micro home market in February, mapping listings up to 500 square feet. We've decided that's just too much space and to limit our latest micro home map to listings under 400 square feet. These diminutive cottages, condos and cottage condos are asking $88,000 to $490,000. Too much for too little? You be the judge.

This waterfront condo/hotel, aka timeshare, at the Harborside Inn comes with parking, boat slip rights, daily maid service, a heated outdoor pool and spa. The brokerbabble suggests the 183 sq. ft. unit could be used as a, "Pied-a-terre, nanny's quarters, guest quarters, home away from home, weekend getaway..." Price tag is $269,000.
Unit I's equally diminutive neighbor was on our last micro-map, also a 200 sq. ft. condo. Built in 1940, the freestanding studio is asking $88,000.
