Welcome to Top Ten, a weekly feature that focuses on ten amazing, pricey, wacky, or cheap things in ski country real estate. Have an idea for a Top Ten story? Send us an email. We always say please and thank you!

On the last edition of Top Ten, we explored the 10 best penthouses for sale in ski country, from Telluride to Park City. Now, thanks to Realtor.com we're headed to Aspen, Colorado to check out the 10 cheapest single-family homes on the market right now. Consistently one of the most expensive ski towns in North America, there aren't many "deals" to be had in this high-end ski oasis and the cringeworthy list reflects that. We limited the search to single-family homes within Aspen city limits, leaving off condos and town homes but allowing mobile homes to make the cut. An upscale spot in the trailer park will set you back a terrifying $580,000 in Aspen, and the least expensive, non-mobile home listing is a whopping $1.95 million. Paradise doesn't come cheap.

A 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Aspen for $545,000? It's possible (kind of) if you're willing to venture into this 1,344 square foot (mobile) home in Smuggler Park. We have no idea what the inside looks like though, so you've been warned.

Yes, this is a mobile home (though not as nice as any of these) asking $599,000. You get 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and we once again have no idea what the inside might look like. On the bright side, you still have mountain views.

309 Oak Lane

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home is asking $675,000, but the inside looks clean and there's even a small, fenced yard. The lot size is bigger than others in this price range and you might not care about the less than fancy digs once you take in the Aspen mountains.

Once you get out of the mobile home market, there aren't a lot of options in Aspen for "reasonably" priced homes. That's why this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home wants $1.95 million for its 1,950 square feet. Yes, that's a lot. But at least this house is charming, renovated, and in a good location!

735 Bleeker Street

How cute is this historic 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1,526 square feet? We love the mature landscaping, stellar location near the Aspen Institute, and patio hot tub. Just try and pretend that it's not a pricey $2.175 million.

39 Roaring Fork Drive

This dated house is huge, with 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and 3,794 square feet. It's asking $2.199 million and the listing doesn't even pretend that a buyer might consider keeping the structure as-is. Instead, per the listing, this is a "well priced opportunity to design-build a dream home less than 1 mile to downtown Aspen."

922 East Cooper Ave

With a stellar location downtown, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home wants $2.250 million for its almost 3,000 square feet. Despite its suburban exterior, the interior is clean and well cared for.

89 Ardmore Court

A huge lot size (9,583 square feet) and 2,218 square feet of living space make this 4 bedroom, 3 bath Aspen home a rather good "deal" in Aspen for $2.495 million. The interior needs an update but the rooftop patio is top notch.

706 West Main Street

Not everyone will be thrilled with the blue styling of this $2.5 million 3 bedroom, 3 bath home just off Aspen's Main Street. But we're rather charmed with the cozy backyard, second-story porch, and historic Victorian accents.

174 Larkspur Lane

There are views and decks galore in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home asking $2.85 million just outside of downtown Aspen. The .58 acre lot is ready for a redo if the buyer would prefer a new home, but it's hard to say without a look inside.
