You can't go wrong with the house-made tonic syrup in Chef Liken's Gin and Tonic, and when it's available, we're also suckers for the Colorado Campfire, a drink made with Breckenridge Bourbon, apples, brown sugar, peach eau di vie, and smoked ice.

Time and time again, Justice Snow's has proven to be one of our favorite spots in Aspen to drink. The renowned 'cocktail mechanics' will make whatever drink you'd like, but that's only if you can stay away from the enticing menu. The downtown location, historic building, and lively, slightly hipster crowd makes for a fun, booze-filled evening.

Located 30 minutes from the Summit at Snowqualmie on the way back to Seattle, Glass & Bottle serves up cocktails and tapas in a low-key atmosphere. Martini and Manhattan lovers will be right at home with a wide array of creative combinations, and diners rave that the food is worth a stop too.
