Since it opened in December 2012, Element 47 at the Little Nell in Aspen has become one of the top places to dine in Aspen. With Executive Chef Robert McCormick at its helm, the restaurant turns out dishes that keep both locals and visitors coming back, like the hudson valley foie gras and Colorado lamb loin. When Aspen's iconic Food & Wine Classic comes to town, Chef Robert wines and dines the biggest culinary hotshots (Daniel Boulud anyone?) in the world. But where does Element 47's award-winning chef love to chow down when he's not in the kitchen? Curbed Ski asked Chef Robert McCormick to dish on his favorite Aspen restaurants.
