View as Map

Welcome to Top Ten, a new weekly feature that focuses on ten amazing, pricey, wacky, or cheap things in ski country real estate. Have an idea for a Top Ten story? Send us an email. We always say please and thank you!

For the first edition of Top Ten, we are headed to Sun Valley, Idaho, one of America's first ski resorts. And while multi-million-dollar properties are a dime a dozen at this long-time enclave for the rich and famous (Bruce Willis, anyone?), Sun Valley and the area near Ketchum are surprisingly affordable. How affordable, you ask? With homes starting as low as $572,500, there are plenty of good bargains to be had. So without further adieu, we present the 10 cheapest single-family homes in Sun Valley, Idaho.

***There are cheaper homes farther away from Ketchum, but for this map we opted to stay near Ketchum and the ski area bases. We've also opted to not include properties that are under contract. The following list is ordered cheapest to most expensive.
