Behold, the Cape and Islands 10 most expensive pieces of dirt. There are only two changes since we last mapped these parcels of potential, but one of them is huge - we've added a Martha's Vineyard property with a nine figure asking price. Thus, the top ten priciest lands of opportunity for the deep-pocketed now have price tags ranging from $8.1 million all the way up to $118 million.
