Here now, the April edition of the the Cape and Islands 20 most expensive listings. This month, there are two additions, meaning there are also two subtractions, plus a $3.5M pricechop. For those keeping score, the Cape is up to eight listings on the list, Nantucket still has seven, and the Vineyard now has five. Getting down to dollars, the five Martha's Vineyard asking prices total $156,400,000, Nantucket's seven properties come in at $143,194,000 and the eight listings from Cape Cod total $127,299,000. Together, the 20 priciest listings on the Cape & Islands are asking $430,393,000. Last month, that total was $424,694,000.
