Here now, the Cape and Islands 20 most expensive listings, December edition. There have been a couple of changes since we last checked in, two to be exact. For those keeping score, the Vineyard and Nantucket are now tied with seven listings, followed by the Cape with six. Getting down to dollars, the seven Martha's Vineyard asking prices total $182,600,000. Nantucket's seven properties come in at $121,340,000 and the six listings from Cape Cod total $102,589,000. Together, the 20 priciest listings on the Cape & Islands are asking $406,529,000. That's $6.2M less than November's $412,729,000 and $42.7M less than October's $449,229,000 total.
