Cape Cod's year-round rental market is notoriously difficult. We thought we'd meander through Craigslist this week in search of listings at the same price point, starting with the elusive non-seasonal rental at a reasonable price point. Since most owners can charge an arm and a leg for the summer season, many are less than inclined to offer 12 month rentals. Today, we're looking at year-round rentals asking $1,000 a month. From a micro-dwelling to a four bedroom, we found eight rentals that each have at least one feature we think most folks are looking for: hardwood floors, laundry, parking, etc. As always, pickins are slim for those who smoke or have pets and utilities are rarely included.
