Kicking off with a FSBO listing, by way of Pocasset, for a 4BR, 2BA on 1.35 acres. As for location, the 2,800-square-footer is "1.5 miles to lake, 2.5 miles to salt water beach. 3 miles to Cape canal Cod." The spread hit the market in June for $382,500 and seven wacky pricechops have brought the ask down to $356,200.

Behold, the brokerbabble: "This is truly the needle in the hay stack. The home shows the love of ownership. What other sales pitches can I come up with. Truth be told this home will sell itself. Come make your own memories.... Ok enough of the sales pitch stuff! This 3 bed 2 bath Cape Cod home with a full basement and oversized 2 car garage with nice sized rooms and a nice yard." Despite the broker bravado, the 1,680-square-footer was chopped in June from $372K to $359K.

The complex also includes a private beach just down the sand from Veteran's Park Beach on Hyannis Harbor. Asking price for the 1,149-sq.-ft. Unit 12 is $359K.

The PriceChopper has already been to visit this 3BR, 2.5BA Cape twice since listing first debuted on the market in July asking $399K. The current price tag for the .35 acre spread is $359K.

"Priced to Sell!!" exclaims the listing for this 624-square-footer on .56 acres. The Truro abode hit the market in June asking $359K, but was sliced to $355K in August.

Finally, to PTown and this week's PriceChopper Hall of Fame nominee. Unit 7C is a 2BR, 1BA East End condo with views of Cape Cod Bay that's been bouncing on and off the market since 2007 when it was asking $455K. The 700-square-footer, which last sold in 2005 for $390K, is now hoping for $359K.
