Here now, eight Cape Cod properties asking $360,000 - year round, single-families, condos, with a dock, pond front, beachfront, fixer-uppers, FSBO, recently renovated, ready to rent, move-in-ready, pricechopped, and "Priced to Sell!!" - with a little something for everyone.
