Love it or loathe it, tomorrow is Valentine's Day, giving us the perfect excuse to map the Cape & Islands most well-known aphrodisiac, the raw Oyster. While many half shell lovers feel winter is the perfect time to eat oysters, if you're going for the Casanova-effect, scientists say spring is the time of year the shellfish have their greatest aphrodisiac quality.
