We've covered the almighty lobster roll and it's lesser-known third cousin, the lobster pie, and now it's time for a morning lobster fix. Thus, we've put together a handy map of Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket (where the Billionaire Benedict is available for $100, naturally) breakfast and brunch options for those looking to satisfy a.m. lobster cravings. There are some hash and fritter outliers, but menu items consist mostly of omelettes and Eggs Benedict. Have another favorite spot for lobster in the morning? On The Daily Paper's breakfast menu: Lobster Benedict served with home fries. Their original West Main Street location is still open, but only the new Main Street eatery serves breakfast all day (as in, 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
Beyond the traditional Irish Breakfast served up at the Keltic Kitchen, the extensive menu features a couple of lobster options: a Seafood Hash (with minced lobster meat) and a Seafood Benny (with minced lobster meat and lobster chipotle hollandaise sauce).
Ignoring the Sailing Cow Cafe's Cowabunga Challenge (eat a 20 egg omelette in under 45 minutes and it's yours for free), we find the Ayrshire Benny: fresh native lobster meat and poached eggs, covered in hollandaise sauce. Breakfast served from 7 a.m. daily, ocean views included.

Chatham's french bistro, Celestino's, has a breakfast Lobster Omelette featuring fresh Maine lobster and chopped chives topped with lemon beure blanc served with potatoes and toast.
On the menu during Victor's Sunday Drag Brunch: Seafood Eggs Benedict with lobster, scallop, and crab cake, 2 poached eggs, Portuguese muffin, Tarragon beurre blanc, Home fries.
While not on the regular menu, Art Cliff Diner's specials often include a Lobster Eggs Benedict or Lobster Avocado Benedict. Like much of the menu, they're worth the substantial wait.

Lucky Hank's serves breakfast daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., plenty of time to try the Vineyard Benedict: Two poached eggs, Fresh Vineyard Lobster, English muffin with Hollandaise sauce & home fries. Specials have featured a Lobster & Brie omelet with herbs (pictured).
The farm-to-table, or in this case boat-to-table, weekend brunch at the Boarding House features Lobster Fritters served with shaved fennel, bibb hearts and green goddess.
The Billionaire Benedict is an apropos offering from The White Elephant's Brant Point Grill. The $100 dish includes Champagne poached eggs, two 4oz. Filets Mignons, two lobster claws, Sturgeon caviar, crème fraîche, potato pancakes, and toasted english muffins. Breakfast is served from 8-11 a.m. and Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
If so inclined, you could probably add lobster to a build-you-own pancake bar creation. The less daring might want to stick with the menu's Omelet Plate or Traditional Eggs Benedict with optional lobster.
