Really, procrastinators can rejoice, there are still plenty of weekly rental options available on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. To give you an idea of where prices begin, we chose listings that are small, yet packed with charm and/or amenities (hello, walkability!). "More beautiful and relaxing than staying at a motel." While that obviously depends on the motel, this lower level studio overlooking a tidal marsh looks pretty decent for $825/week, especially considering the walkability to the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and museums.

Hyannis
Here's an adorable 1BR, 1BA cottage within walking distance of Keys Memorial Beach. The wee abode rents for $1100/week in July.

West Yarmouth
The tiniest cottage for rent on Cape Cod weighs in at 162-square-feet with room for two (assuming they enjoy being very, very close). The July and August weekly rate is $678.

While the cottage directly on Rock Harbor salt marsh is sold out, the one-bedroom Cap'n Sears Suite still has availability. The cozy space sleeps four and is $1,365 per July week.
